For monthly IPTV subscriptions, you may cancel and request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. We offer a satisfaction guarantee on your first month.
For 3-month or 12-month subscription plans, you may request a pro-rated refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
For example, if you purchased a 12-month plan and request a refund after 20 days, you will be refunded for the remaining 334 days, calculated pro-rata on the total price.
Once approved, refund requests are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
If you wish to change your subscription plan, you may request an upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are effective immediately, while downgrades take effect at the next subscription renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, at which point it will expire automatically without renewal.
You will continue to have access to the service for any time remaining in the current billing period. No refunds are provided for any partial months remaining after a cancellation.
